Dress up a Pork Chop


I know this probably looks kind of gross, but it tasted alright.

SO whenever in doubt, I grill/ saute/ bake a pork chop (salt + pepper it first) and top it with some sort of sauce:

-(orange or whatever) marmalade, mustard, cider vinegar (shown above)
-soy sauce, TEA, onion, garlic (use some flour or cornstarch to thicken the sauce)
-sauerkraut, broth, caraway and paprika
-ketchup + cola + brown sugar

be creative!
