Brussel Sprouts with Bacon and Pomegranade


Its a very simple a delicious recipe! Cook some bacon and set aside, in the same pan, cook Brussel sprouts. Add the pomegranate right at the end, sprinkle with bacon and dress with a bit of balsamic vinegar.

Yums!

Figs instead of pomegranate would work well too!
