Chicken w/ Salsa Verde


Ingredients:
Chicken
pureed tomatillos
chopped poblano peppers
chopped onions
garlic
roasted pumpkin seeds
salt
lime
avocado
cilantro

Directions:
Brown some chicken and set aside. Then cook onions, later add garlic and poblano peppers. Then add the tomatillos, pumpkin seeds. Add the chicken and simmer until everything is perfectly cooked. Dress with Lime, avocado and cilantro.
